00Well, but the main thing about really high ticket closing online is two things. Really two things. It's not much. There's only two things you got to do. Everything else is secondary. The first thing is dialing people. Alright, because we got the AI doing the text, the calling, well even the dialing, okay? But the texting, the emailing, all that is done with the AI. So I would not really go heavy on that unless you want to send a special text like we discussed before. The second thing is keeping track of who you talk to, alright? Like keeping track is what's going to make you the money.
55Let's say you spoke to somebody today and you had a small conversation. You picked up on something, you know? You picked up on their business. Write it down, okay? You picked up on they have two daughters. Write it down and then kind of have a box for every prospect that you're talking to because you need more contacts with prospects to actually close a deal. Because we're in high ticket, because we get paid a lot for closing these deals, they're not just buying something off Amazon. We don't need salespeople for that, okay? They're buying high ticket services. That's what salespeople are needed for. So that's why we need multiple contacts with them to close the deal.
44It's not just one. It could happen in one. You could get lucky, right? But in high ticket, especially in a place and time where people have so many options, we need to have multiple contacts, okay? You know, I approach every conversation as if they're my friends and they forgot about me. Hey, it's Yousef, man, Yousef Alias, the marketing guy. I don't even mention the company that I call from because they don't care. They never care about where are you calling from, okay? Hey, it's Jorge. Yeah, it's Jorge, man, the marketing guy. The guy that gets your clients, how are you doing today, right? Or something more pattern interrupt, man. Something like pattern interrupt, for example, like you would say something like, what do you got going on today?
47You know, instead of how are you doing, what do you got going on today? And it gets them thinking, oh man, you know, I don't got many appointments, don't got many calls, not much. Well, we need to change that, man. We need to get you busy. We need to get you some clients on those books. Because if you don't talk to them like that, you know, they're going to feel that they're being sold to. If you're like, hey, this is Yousef Alias for media traffic, because I'm calling because you signed up on this and you... I immediately come off as a salesperson, okay? So we want to just reframe and talk to them like you're an old friend calling from a while back, okay?
32If you call any of your high school friends right now, are they going to remember you by name? Maybe, but it's very unlikely, you know? So especially if you have a common name, like John or like everybody knows a John. Hey, this is John. Yeah, John, so and so. And so they're going to assume like, oh, yeah, I know John. Hey, what's up, John? How's it going? Right? So if you have a familiar name, this shit works flawlessly. It's a numbers game. At the end of the day, no matter how much you get emotional about this, you get motivated. It doesn't matter. It's a numbers game. How many dollars you did today?
10How many people you spoke with? How many people did you convince to buy? Everything else is secondary. Everything else does not matter in the game of sales. Other than these three metrics, okay? So texting, emailing, that doesn't play any part of you guys being successful at a salesperson or not. That's how many dials you've made, how many people you spoke with, and how many people you closed. Whether it's an appointment or a deal, you get paid either way, right? A closed deal is a closed deal. Because if you can close the appointment, we're halfway there. We're actually 80% there, because we just need to hop in, show them the results, and that's it, okay?
