Yousif Alias, founder of KenjiAI and Media Traffics

Yousif Alias is the founder of KenjiAI, the AI business automation platform launched in 2025, and Media Traffics, the San Diego-based paid acquisition agency operating since 2013. He has spent 13 years building lead generation and automation systems for small and mid-market businesses.

Background

Yousif started running paid acquisition campaigns at 17 with no money, no network, and no formal training. By 19 he was managing ad spend for local home services businesses in California. In 2013 he co-founded Media Traffics to bring enterprise-grade paid acquisition systems to small and mid-market business owners who could not afford traditional media agencies.

Over the following decade Media Traffics expanded from a two-person operation to a 49-person team serving 830+ businesses across home services, healthcare, financial services, insurance, mortgage, real estate, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce. In 2025, after running into the same problem with every client (too many disconnected tools, too much manual work), Yousif launched KenjiAI to replace the 17-tool marketing stack with one integrated AI platform.

What Yousif builds

KenjiAI consolidates the standard small-business marketing tech stack: CRM, funnels, email, SMS, voice agents, ad management, and follow-up automation. The platform is built for business owners who want results without managing software, and runs on a performance-aligned pricing model: a base monthly fee plus a percentage of new revenue generated.

Media Traffics, the parent agency, continues to operate as a done-for-you service for clients who want a full team running their acquisition. The two businesses share the same operational playbooks, with KenjiAI delivering the self-serve version of what Media Traffics built over a decade.
